Board of Trustee's Meeting

Call to Order:

Secretary’s Report:  Read and approved minutes

Treasurer’s Report:

Librarian's Report:

  • October 5th we had 14 children and adults for our Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Everywhere program.  We read Halloween books and estimated and counted pumpkin seeds.  Kids were able to sample roasted pumpkin seeds, take home pumpkin seeds and recipes to roast them.
  • October 9th we had a pumpkin cookie decorating activity along with listening to Halloween books and dressing a partner like a mummy.  There were 24 children and adults present.
  • On October 26th was the Fright Night party.  54 children and adults were present.  We read Halloween books, and had 12 different Halloween activity centers set up, and had a meal of pizza, Jell-O jigglers, cupcakes, cookie pizza, and strawberry ghosts.
  • Kris weeded 26 adult books.

  • Rewrite the vacation/sick leave policy . (reading given and Karilyn motion and Jessica second to change to 50 hours per year. Passed)

  • Christmas Coffee – December 19th   We need to bring refreshments
